👋 Hey! It is Karin here.

Here is how I did it and why this is important.

As you know by now, I am in the business of creating businesses. I am particularly inclined towards those that are easy to get up to speed, that have the ability to get to the money quickly and that a solo-founder, like you and me, can get up to speed fast. Ideally, over a weekend. One day, I would like to have a library of businesses of this type and sell them as validated ideas for others to scale.

This interest has led me on a quest to find the tools and hacks that help me ship things quickly. During this search, I came to realise that there was no curated list for all these useful tools. So I decided to build that. This is how AllProtoTools was born.

This resource aims to help aspiring entrepreneurs without a product quickly build prototypes. It does so by reducing the time and effort needed. This helps validate ideas and provides evidence to progress in the founding journey.

What is this directory?

AllPrototools is a directory that houses the best prototyping tools available. The focus is on founders who don't code. It contains easy to use resources that take your input and propel you forward to have something to share with your audience. The directory includes inspiration, no-code website builders, landing page builders, UI libraries, and wire framing tools.

How did I make it?

To walk by own talk, I built it with tools that were new to me (thanks ChatGPT, Unicorn Platform and Bardeen, mostly) and yet, without a single line of code. I learned how to scrape the web and how to create dynamic pages from data. It is the result of me scraping and curating ProductHunt, IndieHackers, G2, and reddit. If you think there is another valuable sources that I am missing, do let me know to include it as well.

I am happy with the result, even though I definitely consider it work in progress (look forward to make the design a bit more appealing). If you find any bugs or missing links please do let me know to correct them.

How does this help you?

Mostly because it

  • Saves Time: Quickly find the best tools without sifting through endless reviews and articles.
  • Enhances Quality: Choose tools that are proven to deliver high-quality prototypes, ensuring yours stands out.

Have fun and looking forward to your feedback!
